Jeeta9 (jeeta9.ws) is an online Sports Betting and casino platform for users in Bangladesh. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between jeeta9 and its users. By accessing the platform, registering an account, or using any of our services, you are deemed to have read and accepted all of these terms in full.

These Terms & Conditions have been written in Bangla for the convenience of users in Bangladesh. However, the English version will take precedence in any matter of legal interpretation.

The following financial transaction rules apply to all members at jeeta9:

Wagering Requirement: You must place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing a bonus. For example, a 10x wagering requirement means you must wager ৳10,000 before withdrawing a ৳1,000 bonus.

• Each bonus offer has its own validity period. Any unused bonus will expire at the end of that period.
• Multiple bonus offers cannot be active at the same time.
• Winnings from bets placed with bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• The welcome bonus is available once only, on your first deposit.
• Jeeta9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

The following rules must be followed when placing bets on jeeta9:

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation: Confirmed bets generally cannot be changed or cancelled. However, if an event is cancelled or not completed within the scheduled time, the bet amount will be refunded.

Odds Changes: Odds in live betting can change rapidly. All bets will be settled at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. If incorrect odds are shown due to a technical error, jeeta9 reserves the right to void the affected bets.

• The minimum bet amount is ৳50; the maximum limit varies by game and event.
• A single user may place multiple bets on the same event; however, any suspicious patterns will be investigated.
• Match fixing and betting using insider information are strictly prohibited.
• Jeeta9 reserves the right to void any winnings resulting from a technical error.

For Sports Betting, the official result of the event is final. In the event of any dispute regarding the outcome, the decision of the relevant sports authority will prevail.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jeeta9 and will result in permanent account closure:

• Money Laundering: Attempting to introduce or launder funds from illegal sources through the platform.
• Bots & Automation: Betting using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Collusion: Manipulating the system by using multiple accounts or colluding with other users.
• Hacking: Attempting to breach or exploit the platform's security systems.
• Chargeback Fraud: Attempting to chargeback funds already used on the platform through a payment provider.
• Fake Identity: Operating an account under someone else's identity or providing false information.

Jeeta9 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud, deception, or suspicious activity is found.
• Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the specified timeframe.
• By order of a court or government authority.

User-Requested Account Closure: Any member may close their account by emailing support@jeeta9.ws. If there are active bets or pending withdrawals at the time of the request, the account will be closed once those are settled.

If your account is closed, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonus balances will be forfeited.

Jeeta9 believes that betting should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, not a source of problems. With that in mind, we treat responsible gaming as our highest priority.
